One of the biggest issues that all of us have are accepting ourselves. And the reasons self-acceptance is so important is because if we don’t have it, we don’t
have one of the most valuable gifts of all. Which is inner peace. So now how do we get to a place of accepting ourselves?
We have a critical mind that is always judging and always judging. And coming up with all of these questions about what we’re doing, is it good enough, am I lovable enough? Well self-acceptance is a real goal for all of us. So the way we’ve got to get there, is we’ve got to think about how do we like being treated? How do we want to treat others? And what we find, is that we are much better to other people than we are to ourselves. So the words of wisdom today is treat yourself gently and with loving kindness.
My life’s purpose is to take clients on a journey to self -love. Along this journey, I help clients release their negative energy so they can be in the flow of the Universe, living in a state of joy and abundance.
